Privacy

This page says what data synerops.com receives, what we use it for, and how to ask for it to be deleted. It is short because we receive little.

What we receive

When you write to us. The contact form, and the API that does the same, receive your name, your email and your message. With that we send two emails: the notice to us and a confirmation to you. The emails go out through Resend, the service we use to send them. There is no separate database: the message lives in our mailbox.

When you book a call. The booking button opens Cal.com, which receives whatever you type there under its own privacy policy.

When you visit the site. We use Vercel's analytics, which count visits without cookies and without identifying the person. The site keeps only three preferences in your browser: the theme (light or dark), whether you want animations, and the language you chose, in a cookie named lang that identifies no one. There are no tracking cookies and no ads.

What we use it for

To reply to you. Nothing else: we don't sell data, we don't share it with third parties beyond the services that run the site (Vercel, Resend, Cal.com), and we don't send emails you didn't ask for.

How to ask for deletion

Write to us through the contact form from the same email and we delete your message and your confirmation. We reply when it's done.

Where this applies
