Automating the business WhatsApp

The same questions as always, answered one by one, every day: do you have it? how much is it? do you deliver? what time do you close?

What the problem looks like

The business WhatsApp lives on one phone. Whoever tends it answers between one sale and the next, and at night messages go unanswered. The answers come from memory — the price, whether it's in stock — and sometimes they come out wrong. And whatever the customer ordered in the chat has to be entered into the system afterwards, by hand.

The usual chatbots don't fix this: they answer with a menu, not with your business's information.

What we build

A system that connects to the business WhatsApp and to your inventory, price and schedule systems, and does what a person does by hand today:

  • Answers what repeats with your real information: whether it's in stock, how much it costs, when it arrives.
  • Enters the order in your system when the customer confirms, without copying anything.
  • Hands you the conversation when a person is needed: a complaint, a negotiation, something it doesn't know.
  • Replies at any hour, and the next morning you see what happened.

It's still your number and your tone. The system handles the routine; you handle what matters.

A typical case

Picture a shop that sells on Instagram and closes the sale on WhatsApp. The system answers stock and price questions with up-to-date inventory, takes the order and records it. The owner steps into the chat only when someone wants something outside the catalog.

How we start

With an assessment: we look at what your customers ask, how it's answered today and where each answer would have to come from. You receive a written scope.
